1. Purpose of this policy
This Cookie & Browser Storage Policy explains the technologies used by the GLOBAL FIX BOND website and Investor Portal to support security, authentication, language and user-interface preferences.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
The secure Portal uses strictly necessary authentication and session technologies to keep users signed in, distinguish authorised access modes and protect restricted areas. These technologies are required for the service to operate and are not used for behavioural advertising.
3. Security and session data
Authentication tokens, session cookies or equivalent secure browser storage may be used to maintain authenticated access, enforce multi-factor authentication and support automatic sign-out or other security controls.
Session information may be removed or expire when a user signs out, when the applicable authentication period ends or when security controls invalidate the session.
4. Language and appearance preferences
The website may store preferences such as language or light/dark appearance in browser storage. These preferences are used only to provide the requested interface experience and do not create an advertising profile.
5. Analytics and marketing technologies
The current public website does not intentionally use behavioural advertising or marketing cookies. We do not currently require non-essential tracking in order to access the public website or Investor Portal.
If optional analytics, advertising or comparable non-essential technologies are introduced later, this policy and any consent mechanism will be updated before use where consent is required.
6. Third-party infrastructure
Hosting, authentication, security and communications providers may process limited technical information necessary to provide their services. Their processing may be governed by separate contractual and privacy arrangements.
7. Managing browser storage
Users can control cookies and browser storage through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent secure login, MFA, document access or other Portal functionality from working correctly.
