Transparency, Complaints & External Routes
This page explains how questions, complaints, privacy concerns and reports of possible irregularities can be escalated. It is not intended to imply that any particular regulator has jurisdiction where it does not.
Registration of GLOBAL TRADE INVEST LIMITED as a company in England & Wales is not financial-regulatory authorisation. Nothing on this website is intended to represent that the Issuer is authorised or supervised by the FCA or FINMA unless expressly stated for a specific activity or party in controlled documentation.

UK: FCA / Financial Ombudsman
Whether FCA rules or the Financial Ombudsman Service are available for a particular complaint depends, among other things, on whether the relevant firm and activity fall within the regulatory perimeter. The FCA states that Financial Ombudsman Service and FSCS protection are generally unavailable when dealing with an unauthorised firm.
Switzerland: FINMA & Ombudsmen
FINMA may review information about possible breaches of financial-market law or unauthorised activity, but it does not generally determine individual civil disputes between investors and providers. Where a FinSA ombudsman procedure applies to a financial service provider, the relevant office depends on the provider’s actual affiliation and activities.
Data protection: ICO / FDPIC
Data-protection complaints should first be raised with the controller. Statutory rights to complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority remain unaffected. Depending on applicability, this may include the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the Swiss FDPIC.
Suspected fraud or security incident
For unexpected payment instructions, suspicious emails, account compromise or other security incidents, stop the transaction and contact us through a known channel, including security@globalfix.bond. Depending on the facts, law enforcement, cybercrime authorities or competent financial-market authorities may also be relevant.
