Is GLOBAL FIX BOND 2026 a public offering?
No. It is available only through a controlled private-offering process for selected prospective investors. The public website is informational and does not provide public self-registration or a public purchase facility.
What is the minimum subscription?
The current Programme minimum is USD 20,000, equal to 200 Note Units at USD 100 nominal amount per Unit.
What is the Programme cap?
Maximum Programme Outstanding Principal is USD 8,000,000 under the current Programme terms.
What is the initial lock-up?
The current Programme provides for a 90-day initial lock-up for each applicable Subscription Lot, subject to the detailed Transaction Documents.
How does onboarding work?
Selected prospective investors are invited to a secure Portal account, complete KYC/AML information, provide identity documentation and electronically acknowledge the applicable controlled documents. Compliance approval is separate from Portal access.
What documents govern the investment?
The applicable Note Terms, Risk Disclosure, Escrow / Paying Agent Terms, Subscription and KYC documentation and any applicable supplements or confirmations govern the Programme relationship. Public website summaries are not substitutes for those documents.
How is funding made?
After onboarding approval, the investor receives an authorised payment instruction for an approved funding rail. The exact payment process, fees and effective subscription timing are governed by the applicable Transaction Documents.
What is the role of the Escrow / Paying Agent?
The Swiss Escrow / Paying Agent performs the limited receipt, holding, release, return and payment functions assigned in the applicable documents. The role is not presented as a guarantee, investment-advisory or portfolio-management function.
What can I see in the Investor Portal?
Depending on account status, the Portal provides onboarding status, KYC, Note holdings, transaction history, redemption servicing, controlled documents, profile information and security-protected operational workflows.
Is MFA required?
Yes. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for protected Investor and Administration access.
Can I change bank or wallet details myself?
Sensitive payment and identity-related information is not designed for unrestricted direct editing. Such changes require a controlled verification workflow.
