GLOBAL FIX BOND
SECURITY CENTER

Security & Fraud Prevention

GLOBAL FIX BOND uses layered technical and operational controls to protect onboarding, investor records, documents and servicing workflows. Security also depends on clear rules for how we communicate and how sensitive instructions are changed.

01

Multi-factor authentication

Investor and Administration access is protected by mandatory MFA. Password possession alone is not sufficient for access to protected functions.

Sensitive server-side actions are designed to require the higher authenticated assurance level.

02

Controlled access & private storage

Investor documents and identity files are stored privately and delivered only after authenticated access checks. Investor-specific records are separated by account and role-based permissions.

Controlled PDF versions and audit records support traceability of what was made available and when.

03

What we will never ask for

GLOBAL TRADE INVEST LIMITED will never ask you by ordinary email, SMS or messaging app to disclose your full Portal password, authenticator code, private key, seed phrase or recovery credential.

Do not approve unexpected authentication requests or share one-time codes with another person.

04

Payment instruction safety

Bank-account, payout-wallet and other sensitive payment changes should be treated as high-risk instructions and require verification. Do not rely solely on an unsolicited email or messaging-app request that claims payment details have changed.

Use the secure Investor Portal and confirmed contact channels to verify sensitive instructions.

05

Official communications

Operational emails may use addresses on globalfix.bond or approved subdomains such as auth.globalfix.bond. Links should be checked carefully before entering credentials.

Public self-registration is not available. A page claiming to offer instant public purchase or requesting crypto private keys is not part of the authorised onboarding process.

06

Reporting suspicious activity

If you receive a suspicious message, unexpected payment instruction or unusual Portal prompt, stop the transaction and contact investors@globalfix.bond through a known channel.

Where necessary, access may be restricted while a suspected compromise is investigated.
